Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at WIWFY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be used or damaged.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take a certain number of days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Refunds for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale (i.e., at a discounted price) are also eligible for a refund under the same conditions as non-sale items.
